Your role with us

As a property manager at Årehus, you will have a broad and responsible role where you are a key person in creating well-functioning premises for our tenants. Our properties include preschools, schools, nursing homes, health centers, restaurants, as well as swimming and sports halls.

Examples of tasks

• Be responsible for the management, maintenance, and upkeep of our premises.
• Plan and drive maintenance projects.
• Handle reports of issues and orders from tenants.
• Work both strategically and operationally with property management.
• Conduct financial follow-ups within your area of responsibility.
• Maintain a close and ongoing dialogue with tenants and partners.

You will be part of our dedicated management team, where we together create a pleasant working environment and drive Årehus forward.

Your background

We see that you:

• Have a university degree in construction and property economics or equivalent experience.
• Have a few years of experience in property management (preferable).
• Have basic knowledge of construction and installation technology.
• Have experience in project management, preferably in the public sector.
• Have knowledge of building and environmental legislation, rental and contract law (preferable).
• Are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented.
• Are communicative, relationship-building, and service-oriented.
• Have good computer skills and express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish.
• Have a valid driver's license (requirement).

The purpose of the company is to meet the need for good rental apartments, schools, preschools, healthcare facilities, fire stations, retail and industrial premises, as well as good housing services for our tenants.
